brotha even i face the same damn problem around 3 4 days ago plz send me some assistance on shekhar.shekhar124@gmail.com if u find a solution to it anyway to use your phone when u open it pressthe blank key behind shift twice then write 112 then press call button then exit u can use it then but it’s a temporary fix hope u find some luck with e63
