Mobile Paint for the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic

After the Nokia Handwriting Calculator took advantages of 5800’s big touchscreen there is now the next application which uses the touch-input of the 5800. Mobile Paint, written in C++, is actually rather a demo application from ForumNokia to show drawing on S60 5th Edition. However, what it actually does is that you can use the screen as a canvas and draw on it. You can choose between different colours, pens and templates. Of course you can save your picture easily. The download is right here and is of course for free. After downloading the file you need to search the ”MobilePaint_S60_5_0_v_1_0_0_custom.selfs.sis” file which is hidden in the ‘’sis” folder. I really like the application and I hope to see more applications like these.

I been testing this app for the week or so and it is really nice thing to show off, nothing more than that I am afraid but it is still highly suggestible to get it if you won 5800, my little nice is in love this app and she rather choose to draw something than to play the games
I made a little review as well, will probably publish it soon, maybe even afternoon if I manage to find a decent PC and good connection.
Ah sweet! Guess I should get myself a 5800 then. I used to have a lot of fun doodling on my old UIQ phones.

how do you put it on your phone? ive downloaded it about 50 times and it doesnt seem to want to go on to the phone…
any suggestions?
i has downloaded it sucesfully but cant open it. It says sumething like this: the program needed to open it is not availabe
To open the download, you need to open and unzip the file either on your pc using the usbcable or install some kind of decompression program and then unzip and install on your phone.
It works.
You have to go on to SIS and install it first.
Lovely indeed, while i used another program to do the same this one exacly makes… only limitation on this on is color picker
