I updated my E71 with firmware 210.21.06 and today , trying keyboard shortcuts ,saw that when I press the right selection key for three seconds my phone restart.
Can somebody tell me where can I get V110.07.127 and reinstall it?

getting the same problem, couldn’t get on facebook anymore after the firmware v200 update. Anyone have any luck with that?

Hi Folks..

I was able to update my E71 to the lastest firware v200.. even though my product code was’nt on the list of code description for v200.21.118.
Worked beautifully till a few days ago when some applications went dead. I particularly miss facebook and Gmail for mobile.. while facebook just would’nt respond to clicks to the icon, the icon for Gmail for mobile disappeared completely from my external memory, I cant find the Icon anywhere on the phone.. looks like it un-installed itself which doesnt ake sense… Any feedback or advice on what i can do would be highly appreciated. The mobile is dead for me without these applications and a few others working. you could send me a private message to chidianosike@gmail.com.

I have tried and tried to update my phone, and it just won’t work. I have tried product code 0560653 and 0560654, which on the nokia web site shows has being updatable to 200.21.118, but when I run the update program, it tells me no updates are available. My phone identifies itself as an RM-493. I just want to update it so it will support wifi. If I can’t get wifi support, I will return this phone, and buy one in Hong Kong, which does have wifi support.

I have asian version (India) and its available.

Use common sense guys it has major updates for honkong n chinese markets so it mean this is majorly for the asian market not European per se.

latest Version for E71 is V110.07.127. only. i couldn’t update my phone to 200.21.118
