Sports Tracker finally available for Nokia N97 and 5800
Posted by Norman John in 5800 XpressMusic, N-Series, N97, Nokia

A long time one of my favorite applications, Nokia Sports Tracker, didn’t work on the new Nokia 5800. However, now Sports Tracker, a GPS tracker to watch your training, made it’s way to S60 5th Edition and works fine on the 5800 Xpress Music as well as on the Nokia N97. Although it isn’t available on Sports Tracker’s website you can already download it here. Version 1.85 is of course for free and works perfect with the Sports Tracker service so that you can share your workouts with your buddies and track your routes. More over, you can set up your 5800 with a Polar Bluetooth Waerlink belt to monitor your heart rate and to get the most out of each workout.

Installed it and did some runs with it. Here my observiations. The app works fine, but optimization to the device is missing. The N79 Active bundle works better. Review here: http://www.400days.net/?p=1193
