I gave him the update v20.2.014 my nokia, which I struggle to buy American version either, but wonder if the fix is 3g or not?

The update is not available in my country. Checked with http://europe.nokia.com/A4305060. The highest is v20.0.012.

BTW, all the changes that you mentioned for v20.0.014, already covered by v20.0.012, if I’m not mistaken.
