Nokia Sports Tracker has been upated to v2.05 and brings better touch control to the 5800

Sports Tracker, which won the Best Mobile Internet Service, has just received an update to v2.05. This version offers better touch support for the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic, support for the Polar heart rate monitor, minor bug fixes and the usual stability. To download the new version just open the application’s options and click on ‘Check for update’.

Nice visual enchancements, but have anyone noticed the following with Nokia 5800 XM:
-while listening music from the phone, the v2.06 terminates the program.
I got the music inside the standard memory card as well as I have installed the Sports Trackert to the memory card
Any comments ?
I also have the issue with program termination with music. It’s not always, though, and when it does, it’s persistent. I’m wondering if there can be something in the ID3 tags of the songs that the music logger can’t handle or something.
Anyone know if there’s an error log one can check to see what was goin’ on when the program “tanks with music”?
This version 2.05 just doesn’t work with my 5800. I don’t know why but the application won’t start after installation??? I had sprort tracker v.1.83 which has worked fine, although can’t update that version (just nothing happens when I hit update). Anyway..I uninstalled the 1.83 version, and installed this v.2.05 but the application didn’t start. I tried uninstalling and installing it again, this time removing also all the old folders from phone memory and memorycard that said SportsTracker and just in case restarted the phone after every step but nothing helped. just won’t start. Luckily I found my old .sisx and intalled version 1.83 back and that works just fine.
Any ideas what’s wrong??
I have the same problem with version 2.0.6. When I try starting the app, nothing happends.
Same here with N97. 1.83 works fine, 2.0.6 does not even start
Nokia at its best.
The worst thing is my 5800 express is no work for any version currently I can get.
Same for me. Nokia 5800XM V31.2.08. Does not even start…

Same there. With E71 new version wont start. Any ideas where I can get old version?

I got it already installed in my brand new 5800, and it runs nice! However, I haven’t try it much.

I had the same problem. I mean I installed . it did not start but later I used this link mentioned above http://www.400days.net/?p=1171 and download, installed….so happy now it works fine..thank you amendes…
