Win a Nokia E75, E71 or E63: Nokia is looking for the new mailtone

I think everybody knows the Nokia tune. It is pre-loaded on millions of phones. Originally it was composed by Francisco Tárrega in the 19th century. However, what about the Nokia mailtone? A non-representative, but meaningful survey made by Nokia shows that the existence of a mailtone is almost unknown. Nokia wants to change it and so they created the site www.nokiamailtone.de. With Nokia Messaging Nokia is bringing e-mails straight on your mobile phone. So, Nokia want you to create the new mailtone. Just take your mobile phone with recording function, go outside, explore sound effects or compose a short sound. The three best will win a device from the current Nokia product portfolio.

1st: Nokia E75

2nd: Nokia E71

3rd: Nokia E63

The weekly five best entries will be published under the heading “Top5″. New, interesting or unusual submissions will be reviewed in the “Your Sounds” section – it’s worth taking a look form time to time. The challenge starts on 20th of May and ends on 5th of June. Head over to submit your sound. Despite the site is all in German you can submit your sounds and win.

i think that the perfect mailtone would be if a bunch of different actors saying: “New Message! or i would love it if, you the mailtone on a mobile will let you record your name, so your message would say: [little beat] ” _(your name)_ has received a message!” [same little beat]. That is my ideal mailtone! i would just love it if i won 3rd prize and have a personalized mailtone,!

I think the best mail tone for the nokia would be the tone which nokia orginally has. There would not be any tune better than the nokia tune which is the far most the best tune in the world….n i hope n think everyone has the same opinion…wat do u say..?

>how much it can memory card some guys say that it gets slower by 4gb card so 4gb or 2gb is advisable
