Nokia 5800 XpressMusic In Pictures

To celebrate Norman getting his hands on a “Nokia 5800 – Nokia Comes With Music” Edition phone i have decided to take a step away from N-Gage related posts and post a handful of pictures of my own personal Nokia 5800 for which i have been using for the past 2 months. So if you havent seen a Nokia 5800 in pictures before then now is the time.
I would have also done this post alot sooner but i had to wait to get my Digital camera replaced, all these pictures where taken on a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FS3 Camera at 8 Megapixels to give you readers the best possible picture quality.
To start off with the Nokia 5800 is Nokia’s first S60 Based touch-screen device and its features can easily rival the iphone – not to mention that it feels more stronger and easier to hold plus navigating the phone is really easy to use – just press the “white button” at the bottem of the phone and straight away the main menu is brought up, or if you wanted you could have key “quick-links” on the main screen – simple. So Enough words, on with the pictures.
Portrait Photos:
The pictures below are of the phone in its standard portrait mode, basically the same way as you would normally hold your phone.

Landscape Mode:
Landscape mode is mainly used for playing games or watching videos on the 5800, but where it really shines is when your browsing the web – heres a few pictures of what the 5800 looks like in landscape mode – which to activate all you have to do is tilt the phone so its on its side and it will automatically adjust.

Like most Nokia phones the 5800 can also be connected to a TV so anything displayed on the 5800’s screen can be displayed onto a TV – rather useful for watching videos on a bigger screen or playing games. mhhh, its a 5800 XpressMusic…
Nothing special imho, you can see it everyday around you, as it is the nokia top selling device…
I have used my nokia 5800 for several months, it is pretty good for music. but its battery life is too short
amazing phone i have the blue one myself.. kinda trying to figure out how to download apps for it not many things avail here in the u.s but tell how did you get guitar hero on your phone man??
@ Carlos – it isnt the official Guitar Hero game its Gamelofts “Guitar Rock Tour” and it came pre-installed on the device wth Bounce and a racing game (GTR?). If you wanted the Guitar Rock Tour (5800 version) youd probably have to buy it from gameloft’s game website
Yup… that sure is pretty neat camera. It is still top of my list, but I am waiting for the next release in the naive belief that it will be improved further. What the heck, I will probably nip out and buy it.
guys i have a request , can you plz send me a copy of all the pre-installed pictures found in the gallery i believe its about more or less 30 images , please send me a copy Sparklers2005@yahoo.com thank you in advance !
