If you ever ask a person who works on a helpdesk, for example for an isp, in most cases they would tell you to choose another company cos their's have loads of problems, since that is all they deal with everyday! what they don';t realise is the number of people who are not having problems. Just make sure you wash your hands and lay off the cheesy crisps!! The N97 is a good looking phone and thats what people like. Most people who bought the n95 bought it for one of the features such as the camera but people are buying the iPhone because of the way it looks AND the features even though the majority of those features are bettered by other older phones!
