    What’s the difference between cell phone use while driving, driving drunk or pointing a loaded gun as someone. There isn’t any. It is total irresponsibility. While I hate any government interference including seat belt use, I believe it is needed in this area. An immediate sever penalty is needed, which as far as I’m concerned should include mandatory jail time for drunk driving or using a cell phone or any device while driving. However, I now know why seat belt usage is mandatory – to give use some protection from the drunks and idiot cell phone users.
