		<description>I had Version 20.019 on my Nokia N 97. I dialed *#0000#, selected options&gt;check update. The process started as explained in Vedio above. The end result was &quot;No updates available&quot;

However, when I checked SW updates, Menu&gt;Applications&gt;SW updates it shows Version 21.0.045.

I contacted Nokia customer support and unfortunately they were unable to give any satisfactory reply, rather they informed that latest Version is 20.0.019, which later on they regretted and informed that latest Version is 21.0.045 and I should go to Nokia Care for update.

When there was facility to update through my phone, why was it not functioning?
