Nokia patanted 3D Multi Touch UI
Posted by Norman John in 3D touch-screen, News, Nokia
Nokia was one of the last mobile phone manufacture jumping on the touch-screen train. Apparently it seems that Nokia is far behind in their touch-screen development as there’s no Nokia phone offering multi touch. However, Nokia R&D just patented a new technology which is really mind blowing and which will change the way you use the touch-screen. The technology is called 3D multi-touch that reacts not only to your finger movements, but also to the strength with which your finger is pressing the screen. You can find the patent application here.
