Asked them? I would love to do so however there is no way to get support other than Nokia’s discussion pages. We all know that response from there can be slow in coming at best.

This is odd. I recently had to re-install my Ovi Music purchases that are on my PC to my N97 and for many of the songs Ovi Music was asking me to buy the song again. As it was still on my phone and PC and I had purchased it from Ovi Music (or Nokia Music) and the songs were listed in my purchased tracks with Ovi Music, I find it odd I need to buy them again.
