New Firmware Update v410.21.010 available for Nokia E71, E66 & E63

Nokia Software Updater New Firmware Update v410.21.010 available for Nokia E71, E66 & E63A new firmware has been released for the Nokia E71, E66 and E63. Version 410.21.010 brings many changes and improvements. One of which is the improvement of Nokia Messaging and Mail For Exchange. V410.21.010 can be downloaded via the Nokia Software Updater. However, please notice that these devices do not come with User Data Preservation (UDP) so that you should back up all your data before updating the firmware. We have the full changelog as well as all supported product variants after the break.

NEW FUNTIONALITIES:
Following baselines/functionalities have been upgraded.
• Nokia Messaging IM2.0.19
• Gimlet v9.6.0.16
• Mail for Exchange 3.0.50

CHANGES AND IMPROVEMENTS:
• Many functionality and Stability improvements in MfE. MFE3.0 has new features like HTML and Subfolders support.
• IM2.0.19 has many localization error corrections. IM installation has been moved to Phone Memory instead of Memory Card. IM response time has improved (Ex: entry/exit/edit/save options)
• Phone activation baseline upgraded

• Fix for WLANsniffer scanning enabled in the background when it should be disabled

• Fix for contact search with space

• Mail for Exchange upgraded from 2.9.176 to 3.0.50
• Gimlet updated to v9.6.0.16
• Many functionality and stability improvements in MfE
• Fix for Gmail folder issue in UK and Germany for Gmail/GoogleMail configuration
• Fix for email application freeze
QWERTY KEYBOARD
• Usability improvements
• Fix for Backslash character for Portugese language
• Fix for missing characters in French/Italian languages
MESSAGING
• Improvement in sending SMS when memory is full
• Nokia IM chat response time improved. Lot of localization errors fixed

    Good work guys……u were the first to be informing this…..but when i visited nokia care, they said me that the new version would take ’bout a week to reach them…..is it possible….????
    I believe that the new versions reach care center first…..

    i tryed all of the above RM codes but it still says 400.21.013 is the latest WTF… :( what can i do ?

    Hi, since I upgraded my E71 to this realease the phone became almost unusable! BIG Warning for this version. It takes me 12 minutes to start the phone. Adding and removing programs cases phone crashes. I tried this sw on my sons phone aswell and it cases the same problems.

    I´m thinking about installing this v410.21.010 because I have seen in forums a lot of unfavorable comments of users who have installed it. My handset is a E71-2 that´s the NA version and I haven´t had any kind of problems until now with my current v.210.21.118, Beside that I have a lot of applications, most of them in my memory card, and I don´t know if I ´ll have to reinstall them after updating. So I would appreciate the advise of you mates, about your experience with the new version and I would like also to know if the apps. installed in the memory card will have to be reinstalled after upgrading.
