Hi Jean Pier,

Try reading the excellently written guide at http://www.simplysymbian.com/2007/05/02/how-to-upgrade-your-nokia-n95-firmware/

There you will find, that you must use the NSS software tool, to update your product code manually. It is a very simple, 5 minute job, and will enable you to use the latest 30.0.015 firmware.

I have lost the ability to select ring/alert tones. When I go into Settings/Personalisation/Tones, the only options I get for changing a tone are 'download' or 'off'. If I select 'off', I don't even get to go back to default! I have my own tones that I like to use. Completely impossible to select them.
